The show features eight couples, and one of the couples are Mathhew and Roberta, who planned on using HypnoBirthing® for their homebirth. (NOTE: It is HypnoBirthing®, not "hypnobirth")

HypnoBirthing® was initially featured in a broadcast on BBC3 at 8:30pm on Wedneday 14th September 2005.
