How do I write a birth plan for hypnobirthing? TWINS!

I really don't know where to start! Any ideas please?

-mums holds baby one then dad holds it (skin to skin) while mum births baby 2
-being left for 1 hour before intervention for baby two (giving it time to happen naturally)
-not having too many extra people
-staying midwife led
-one mum was strongly pressured to have an epidural-she refused believing her body could and would do it (second pregnancy, first pregnancy no epidural or anything needed)
Also I tailored the birth rehearsal (something you do in class) to see baby one being born and then baby two, with one lady we did lots extra to get the first baby to turn to the right position, then visualising baby two turning after baby one was born.
I'm sure others who have taught mums having twins will have more to add but I can't think of anything else.
