Associated costs of being a practitioner

Hiya,

Can anyone advise on the following please?

1. Do you pay a % of each course you run to the Institute?
2. How much do you pay as a member to the institute each year?
3. Are there any other set costs to consider - excluding marketing, insurance etc etc I ought to be thinking about?
