Hi all! My name is Cindy and I live in the US. I am 34 yo have 2 children-7yo dd and a 14yo son and 27 weeks prego with my third and final child. Laughing I have been reading up on alot of information on hypnobirthing and find it to be interesting.
My previous prego's I had a natural birth with both and was only in labor for 4 hours with both. I keep asking myself why I am so into learning more and want to practice this technique. For some reason I am a little nervous about this baby because this has been a different kind of prego than my other 2. I have had morning sickness, heartburn and very tired with this one-my previous ones where a breeze none of the above.
Was wondering if I could get some feed-back about my situation and would this benefit me and my baby.

Thanks, Cindy

Every pregnancy is different so maybe it will be a different birth experience or maybe it will be as easy for you as your other two. There are lots of great people in the US that teach HB to find someone near you go to http://www.hypnobirthing.com/founder1.htm and click on your state.
Maybe is you try someone of the HB techniques or some other kind of preparation you will feel calmer, less tired, less sick and happier and then you can get back to enjoying your pregnancy!
