Hello all, I'm new to this site but had my hypnobirth baby in December, it was my second birth but first using hypno and WOW, best experience of my life! I loved having Jacob (first son) despite all the complications -back labour 38 hours long, hospital transfer and epidural - but when I had Finlay (second son) it was like a dream and we filmed it too! So when all my doubting friends and family watched it with their jaws on the flaw I felt very proud and if I'm being honest slightly smug Wink

My problem now however is that I left my rainbow relaxation cd at the birthing centre Sad

having read some of the other posts I'm a little confused as to which one I had because some people talk of 2 cds when I only ever used one? The one I listened to had positive affirmations read out and was followed by the rainbow relaxation, although I'm not having a baby again (yet! Wink

) but my sis in law is in the early stages of her second, extremely sickening and stressful pregnancy and I'm desperate to lend her the cd to help her relax. I have looked on ebay and amazon but can't find it, any help guys?

Best way to get it is contact the person who taught you and buy nother copy off them
