I'm sure the popularity of Hypnobirthing in the UK must be growing by the day, so why is this forum so quiet? It seems a shame that there aren't more people aware of it/using it as I'm sure it would be really useful for everyone to share their experiences while learning and practicing, as well as hear those all important Hypno birth stories!
I found this forum myself, long before I became pregnant, and it wasn't recommended to me during my training or in the book I own. Perhaps tutors could be encouraged to let couples know about this useful resource?

Hi
One thing we do with Jenny's clients, is when we send a confirmation letter our there is a section on there advising them of the UK website, including the fact it includes birth stories, discussion forums, and more.
Might be worth other people doing the same, either on confirmation letters or at least as a couple of lines on their advertising materials?
I've learnt from long experience that if you ask people to remember each time, they won't. Do something once that can be repeated 'automatically' and it will happen.
Regards
Gordon |
