I'm loving my birthing ball, I try to do at least an hour a day, figure of eight movements, general rocking from side to side and bouncing, which is baby's favourite move
Anyone any other tips, or otherwise for the use of the ball, with or without hypnobirthing in mind?
Thankyou very much in advance |

| I do this and love it as well, I also lie and hold my ball. Use it to help when I do my squats, and will definitely have it with me on the day... |

| I found the birth ball great during the birth of my second baby, I sat in front of the sofa and leaned back with my hands on the sofa and rocked during each surge (as well as doing slow breathing), it felt really nice and during the surges there was no pain, I would definitely recommend getting one for labour |
