| Quote: | after consulting my midwife she confirmed that my baby was in fact posterior, so now am spending alot of time leaning forwards, sat with hips higher than knees etc to get her to turn.
Can you suggest anything else that would help? |

You should have learned some positions during the course (it sounds like you're doing the Polar Bear at least). Other than that, I believe visualisation and talking to your baby is the way to go. Have a chat to your HB practitioner - they should be able to help you out.
Warmest regards and good luck

For those of you wondering how a baby can be "changed" by virtue of growing in a mom who is relaxed and calm, I urge you to read Preantal Parenting by Frederick Wirth, MD. You can also look at the website for the Prenatal Parenting Program: www.prenatalparenting.com
Mom's emotional state effects how the brain develops--how the baby is "wired." There is sound scientific evidence to this effect. Interesting stuff.
