Scarlett was born at home with no pain (after first 2 hours of surges) on 4th January. She's our first baby and I can honestly say that I would do it all again in a flash! My Mum sat downstairs the whole time and was amazed that I was giving birth upstairs with no noise, fuss or pain. It was magical.
Thank you Jenny Mullan, Scarlett wasn't due until the 19th but I feel that I was so in tune with my body due to the course, that I knew she was coming early.I kept saying to Pete that we only had a few days left to ourselves and he thought my feelings were wishful thinking!
Trust your instincts girls...hypnobirthing gives us back a very special power that the Western World has spent decades trying to take away from us. |

| forgot to mention that all the midwives that attended me(there were 5 due to shift changes) were fully supportive in hypnobirthing and used all the right words, created a calm atmosphere and even let my cats in the room, they were all brilliant. |

So pleased you had a wonderful birth! Have you told Jenny herself? I know she'd love to hear from you if you haven't already spoken to her.
Warmest regards and best wishes
