UK Mini conclave?

Postby rachellrandle » Thu Aug 06, 2009 7:49 pm

Hello HypnoBirthing practitioners,

Some of you may have seen my recent post on the HypnoBirthing nest. I was putting some feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in a mini-conclave type thing in the UK, if we could arrange something. I have had some postivie responses, but obviously we would need a decent mass of numbers to even start to think about putting the time into orgainising something. I guess we would be looking at way off into the future in order to organise (get Micky's approval) and to enable everyone who wants to come to be able to, but just wondering if anyone one here would be up for it??

Hi Rachel,
I think the idea of a mini conclave is a fab idea so count me in! We did have a couple of Hypnobirthing days a couple of years ago if I remember rightly. I was unable to attend. Does anyone know how successful they were?

Rachel - How is your shift pattern looking for September to meet up to chat about HypnoBirthing locally?
Are there any other Yorkshire practitioners out there that would like to get together?
Let me know,

Hi Rachel,
Well done for taking this on. The last study day in London was really helpful and great to get together. I would like to attend another one.

Well done for trying to pull this together!

I'd be interested in this too. Obviously dependent on where and when....

I know that you posted this on the nest as I get the updates, but for some reason I find it difficult to log on and I think a couple of other practitioners have said that same. Worth double posting to the teaching section of this forum, which is further down the list. If I'm in a hurry that's the first place I go!

can you all let me have your email addresses, either on here, or on rachellrandle@yahoo.co.uk

i will send an email to all interested parties. i am not sure i am going to be in a positition to actually organise this whole thing, should Mickie give us the go-ahead, I was working on Kathies advice to find out if there would be enough interest to make it worthwhile, before looking at putting a proposal to Mickey about what we would like to organise for the UK. I am however, more than happy to be involved with the organising, should other people want to help me out with it too.

I will contact everyone who has expressed an interest, off-forum, to see where we can go from here
