I am new to this forum. Pregnant with our 2nd baby and due in less than 5 weeks. I don't do a HB course but trying to self-teach myself if you know what I mean although not sure that I have enough time for that.
I bought a book 'Hypnobirthing' with a CD that came together but cannot find 'Rainbow Relaxation' CD anywhere except US website.
Can I please ask you maybe there are someone out there who used their CD and doesn't need it any more, so that I could buy from you? Or maybe any advice where else I could buy it from? many thanks in advance!

Hi there,

The Rainbow Relaxation is given out as part of the HypnoBirthing course materials (the book is intended as a guide alongside following a course). It is generally not sold to the general public, you could try emailing Marie Mongan on hypnobirthing@hypnobirthing.com and asking if she will give the UK distribution centre permission to sell you a CD directly.
