Why not come along to our FREE HypnoBirthing workshop on Thursday 5th February 7-10pm at the Bishops Park Community Centre (next to Tesco) in Bishops Stortford.

The workshop is a FREE 3hr session taught by two experienced HypnoBirthing practitioners and HypnoBirthing mums - who have taught some 200 couples between them locally.

Learn about this amazing technique. HypnoBirthing is the new birth buzz word! find out what it is and how it can help you. Learn the secrets of easy, comfortable, calmer birth and how we managed to give birth naturally, comfortably and easily.

The workshop is intended to introduce you to the concept of HypnoBirthing with a view to taking a full course at some point, however - even if you only attend this one workshop and decide the course isn't for you it will still benefit you tremendously!

This workshop is suitable for pregnant mums at any stage of pregnancy, dads to be, those thinking about having another baby and those who already have children as well as interested local health professionals.

Attendance at the workshop is FREE but MUST be booked in advance as the event is always very popular and space is limited.
