In my area the only way you could do that is if you had an independent midwife and birthed at home. But every area is different so ask, and if they say no ask to speak to the head of midwifery and see if you can sort something out, like if baby one is in the right position you have baby one in the pool then see if baby two is in the right position, maybe someone with more experience with twins can say something.

My local hospital would *allow* you to labour in the pool but you would be asked to get out for the second stage , so its worth asking .
Ps google AIMS

Good luck

Hi,

I'm afraid in my experience (doula as well as HypnoBirthing teacher) the only way you'll get to have a waterbirth is if you book a homebirth and a homebirth with twins will never be supported by the NHS willingly!

I'm not sure where you are, but get in touch with Jane Evans or Mary Cronk, both independent midwives very, very, very experienced in twin birth, if I were pregnant with twins I'd be calling them as soon as I found out!
