I'm a mum of 2 that had a horrible birth with my son - now 2 1/2 and so i used HypnoBirthing with my daughter 12 months ago, evan though i was having complications it is 100% down to HypnoBirthing that i was able to stay calm and relaxed and have an amazing pain relief free natural birth.
