Just to let everyone know that one of Jenny Mullan's couples (Matthew and Roberta) are planned to be featured on "He's Having A Baby", which starts at 6:35pm tonight (Sat 20th August) on BBC1.

It's hosted by Davina McCall and will follow eight couples through pregnancy, birth and the beginnings of parenthood, with a special focus on the dads.

Not exactly sure what all is going to be featured but it could be good exposure for HypnoBirthing.

I saw the program, the couple looked as though they were looking forward to it and I am looking forward to seeing the progress of them, and the wonderful exposure.

Hi

Just to let everyone know that the BBC came and filmed one of Jenny's classes a couple of weeks ago, with Matthew and Roberta, and we've been told it should be on the weeknight BBC3 show sometime early next week (w/c 12th September 2005).

They also interviewed Jenny, and the slot should be about 4 minutes.

We haven't seen what they edited the footage down to, but hopefully it should give a decent plug for HypnoBirthing.

Excellent! This is brilliant exposure for Hypnobirthing in the UK - well done Jenny.

I am very interested in discussing how we can keep the ball rolling, any thoughts?

Just a quick note to say that last night's episode of He's Having A Baby on BBC3 had a couple of minutes where they were discussing HypnoBirthing.

It was the bit where Matthew and Roberta were talking to the midwife about their planned home birth, including a bit about what HypnoBirthing is. It had a voice-over about HypnoBirthing (although they kept referring to it as hypnobirth...), and also included a couple of seconds shot of the spine of the Mickey's book, showing the words "HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method".

We're looking forward to seeing the spot showing Jenny's class, teaching Matthew and Roberta, and the interview with Jenny. Like I said before, we haven't seen the edited version but hopefully it will be OK.

Just a quick note to say I saw the trailer and it looks like Jenny / HypnoBirthing is going to be on BBC3 tomorrow night - Wednesday 14th September 2005.

It's scheduled for 8:30pm so set your videos!
