Strange question

Postby khamy » Thu Jan 08, 2009 11:13 am

Hello

I don't know if I'll still be in UK when I'll decide to have a baby. I wondered if it was possible to have hypnobirthing courses even if I'm not pregnant if I moved abroad and there were not hypnobirthing practitioners in this country?

I'd say so - I've had people sitting in on my classes who weren't pregnant and found it hugely beneficial when they were, in fact it could even improve your chances of conceiving (HypnoFertility works concentrates a lot on removing fear of pregnancy/birth/parenting). You might want to do a refresher course/some hypnotherapy if you can get some and obviously re-read the book.
