Rainbow Music

Postby Rachel » Fri May 18, 2007 7:45 pm

This is my first post but I have often popped in and read others! I am a true convert to HB after I used it to birth my second child 2 years ago. I am now expecting baby number 3 and hope to achieve a totally relaxed birth. When I had ds #2 I think I stopped believing in my body for about 1 hour and that was a very uncomfortable hour. I now believe that I was actually fully dilated at this point, but couldn't believe it had happened so quickly and started to resist what my body was telling me.

So this time I am really working on increasing my confidence to totally trust my body. The question I have is that I find the rainbow relaxation very helpful but I would like to have just a copy of the background music and not the voice. When I had ds I found that the CD would relax me, and then encourage me to either wake up or go to sleep - neither was an option at that point. I think I would find some music very useful to listen to after I've relaxed totally.

Any ideas??

THanks
Rachel

Hi there

I notice that Steve has several CD's, and I wondered which one is the one that is used on the Rainbow Relaxation CD?

The CD you need is Comfort Zone by Steve Halpern.
