hi,

i am expecting my first baby in february, and i'm interested in the hypno-birthing technique. i'd be able to attend classes but i understand that a lot of the process involves a dedicted partner; which i unfortunately do not have. i'll also be moving town in a month or two, to where my sister lives, but she works, studies and has a three year old so even finding a close friend or birthing partner might be hard. would i still be able to follow the techniques by myself?

thanks, b

Hi, it wouldn't be a problem, I've taught plenty of single mums.

You could always look into hiring a doula, then they could be with you at classes as well as on the day http://www.doula.org.uk
