I think it is important that you discuss this with your practitioner, both for you and her. She will appreciate your feedback as it will help her to learn. You also need to make sure that you complete your course confident in the techniques. With regards to the timings I have taught women at 38 weeks and so despite there being less time to practice you should be able to feel confident in your abilities over a 2 week period. I also continue to offer support to my clients by email and phone once the course is complete and it may be worth asking her if she is happy to do that too. That way you can practice some more and if you are unsure discuss it further with her.
