I have been practicing the techniques from the book and CD which came with it. We live in a remote part of Scotland so have no access to courses or tutors with the nearest over 3 hours away. I am confused as to where the music for Rainbow Relaxation is. On the CD there are two parts; a Relaxation section with speech and music in the background and then a Learn to Love your Baby shorter section. Neither is just music on its own. Am I missing a CD and if so where can I get it as it seems to be such a central part of the training ? Thanks for any input you can give.
