Just booked my classes- question about birth plan

Postby NiamhJessica » Wed Aug 13, 2008 9:29 am

I would like to give birth in hospital and use the information and techniques I will learn from the hypnobirthing classes to ensure I have a confident and as painless as possible.

However I'm beginning to wonder how I convey our intentions of use of hypnobirthing to the midwives/nurses who will be there on the day I deliver. In my classes will my practitioner help me to write a birth plan explaining how we want the hypnobirth to go or is that sort of left up tome?

Yep, you'll cover birth plans and what to say/give to mws in your classes - don't worry! pretty much everything you think of will be covered and if it's not - just ask!
