We did our HB course quite early on in pregnancy and started by practicing together around 2-3 times a week. When we practice we don't just use the CD's but use lots of the techniques, with my husband "ad-libbing" as well as using a script for prompts (which he's fab at doing!) for probably around 30-45 mins. I've feel like I've gained an amazing amount already and the breathing, etc feels like second nature.
Now I'm 32 weeks and wondering what we should be stepping up our practice to. How often do/did you practice? And what did you do in that practice time? Anything you wish you had done diffferently/spent more time on?
