how does it feel to be relaxed?

Postby Danielle » Sun Jan 06, 2008 6:12 pm

I was just trying to explain to someone how this feels and don't think I did a great job doing it so I was wondering if everyone could help me by describing how they feel (both physically and in their mind-are you thinking about the rainbow relaxation or other stuff?) when you listen to rainbow relaxation.

Thanks:)

Physically: all muscles rested, no tension, total comfort and sometimes when I am very deep I have a lowered awareness of my body (sometimes get pins and needles etc...)

Mentally: clear mind, no worries or unwanted thoughts, very very peaceful.

I would say something like "you know the point where you're in bed at night, just before you fall asleep - it's like that".
