We've attended the last 3 out of 4 classes and have the book and CD. I've listened to the CD a lot but we haven't really practised anything together. Of the handouts I've got, only 1 seems to have a script for my husband to read. The book doesn't seem to have a section purely for the birth companion to see all the things he could do throughout all the stages. Can anyone point me in the right direction of things to give him or tell him?

Hi Jen,

Have you got one more class to attend? Often, the last class is the one where it becomes much clearer what his role is exactly. If you haven't done that, I suggest you arrange a seperate one - it is worth it. After all, if you've only done 3 out of 4, you've missed a quarter of the course. There should be two scripts especially for him to read - the Rainbow Relaxation, and the birth companion's deepening script (with the shoulder anchor).
