6 Weeks to go and baba is back to back....
Any hints and tips ???
I am usuing visulisation on the correct position and sitting up straight so far..

Have you got your picture of your baby in optimum position somewhere that you can look at it regularly - and have you tried the polar bear position whilst using your visualisation?

I have optimum position in view, I think people at work think I am strange haveing that up!

Not tried the polar bear.....But will tried that from now on...........

I have a vivid mental picture of you at work with your picture up in view - like it!!!!
Remember, that although back to back is not the optimum position for birthing, your baby can still be born vaginally - in fact both of my granddaughters were in this position.
