Hello,

I am in the first trimester of my first pregnancy, but I like to be prepared.

Can anybody recommend a good Hypnobirth class in the London Marylebone area or anywhere else in W1?

When is the best time to start the course, how many lessons are there and roughly how much does it cost per person?

Any help much appreciated.

for your classes. I would say wait till you get to 12 weeks, but see when your nearest practitioner is running classes and when they would fit in best for you..., cost depends on your practitioner.
