You should have learned some positions during the course (it sounds like you're doing the Polar Bear at least). Other than that, I believe visualisation and talking to your baby is the way to go. Have a chat to your HB practitioner - they should be able to help you out.

For those of you wondering how a baby can be "changed" by virtue of growing in a mom who is relaxed and calm, I urge you to read Preantal Parenting by Frederick Wirth, MD. You can also look at the website for the Prenatal Parenting Program: www.prenatalparenting.com

Mom's emotional state effects how the brain develops--how the baby is "wired." There is sound scientific evidence to this effect. Interesting stuff.
